White Meeting Room B is the third-largest room available within the library, capable of holding between 8 – 35 individuals. A kitchen is accessible just outside the room. The room is free of charge for groups who are non-profit in nature and meeting only for cultural, educational or civic purposes; for all other usage, there is a fee of $20 per hour.
Please remember that the library is a nut-free zone.
Equipment
White Meeting Room B has a mounted projector capable of connecting to VGA and HDMI cable ports and standard audio port, with a projection screen; the projector is connected to a DVD player. VGA, HDMI and audio cables are provided; HDMI converters are available for different device ports. Wired and wireless microphones are available for use, as is a podium. A dry erase board is mounted in the room. Wifi is accessible here.
Seating
White Meeting Room B contains 9 tables arranged throughout the room, along with 23 chairs. Additional chairs and tables are available in a storage closet off of this room, should you need them. You may rearrange the chairs and tables, however we ask that you return the room to the same condition it was found, or a cleaning fee will be charged. Please refer to the posted signs for proper configuration.
