Reserve a Room (by room)

The Baxter-Bowling Conference Room is a small room available within the library, capable of holding between 2 – 8 individuals. The room is free of charge for groups who are non-profit in nature and meeting only for cultural, educational or civic purposes; for all other usage, there is a fee of $10 per hour.

The Lou Benson & Naomi Salus Conference Room is a small room available within the library, capable of holding between 2 – 8 individuals. The room is free of charge for groups who are non-profit in nature and meeting only for cultural, educational or civic purposes; for all other usage, there is a fee of $10 per hour.

The White Meeting Room is the largest room available within the library, capable of holding between 50 – 150 individuals. A kitchen is accessible just outside the room. The room is free of charge for groups who are non-profit in nature and meeting only for cultural, educational or civic purposes; for all other usage, there is a fee of $50 per hour.

White Meeting Room A is the second-largest room available within the library, capable of holding between 35 – 75 individuals. A kitchen is accessible just outside the room. The room is free of charge for groups who are non-profit in nature and meeting only for cultural, educational or civic purposes; for all other usage, there is a fee of $30 per hour.

White Meeting Room B is the third-largest room available within the library, capable of holding between 8 – 35 individuals. A kitchen is accessible just outside the room. The room is free of charge for groups who are non-profit in nature and meeting only for cultural, educational or civic purposes; for all other usage, there is a fee of $20 per hour.

The Harding Individual Study Room is a small room available within the library, capable of holding 1 individual. This room is available on a first-come, first-serve basis only.
