White Meeting Room A is the second-largest room available within the library, capable of holding between 35 – 75 individuals. A kitchen is accessible just outside the room. The room is free of charge for groups who are non-profit in nature and meeting only for cultural, educational or civic purposes; for all other usage, there is a fee of $30 per hour.
Please remember that the library is a nut-free zone.
Equipment
White Meeting Room A has a mounted projector capable of connecting to VGA and HDMI cable ports and a standard audio port, with a projection screen; the projector is connected to a DVD player. VGA, HDMI and audio cables are provided; HDMI converters are available for different device ports. Wired and wireless microphones are available for use, as is a podium. A dry erase board is mounted in the room. Wifi is accessible here.
Seating
White Meeting Room A contains 72 chairs set up in rows, as well as 7 tables set up along the walls of the room. Additional chairs and tables are available in a storage closet off of White Meeting Room B, should you need them. You may rearrange the chairs and tables, however we ask that you return the room to the same condition it was found, or a cleaning fee will be charged. Please refer to the posted signs for proper configuration.
