Library Branch
The White Meeting Room is the largest room available within the library, capable of holding between 50 – 150 individuals. A kitchen is accessible just outside the room. The room is free of charge for groups who are non-profit in nature and meeting only for cultural, educational or civic purposes; for all other usage, there is a fee of $50 per hour.
Please remember that the library is a nut-free zone.
Equipment
The White Meeting Room has two mounted projectors capable of connecting to VGA and HDMI cable ports and standard audio ports, with projection screens; both projectors are connected to a DVD player. VGA, HDMI and audio cables are provided; HDMI converters are available for different device ports. Wired and wireless microphones are available for use, as is a podium. Two dry erase boards are mounted in the room. Wifi is accessible here.
Seating
The White Meeting Room contains 95 chairs - 72 set up in rows, the rest stationed at tables - as well as 16 tables set up throughout the room. Additional chairs and tables are available in a storage closet off of this room, should you need them. You may rearrange the chairs and tables, however we ask that you return the room to the same condition it was found, or a cleaning fee will be charged. Please refer to the posted signs for proper configuration.
