Program Description
Description
We will meet at Shenandoah River State Park to find paw-paws and learn the history and importance of them to humans and wildlife.
When you get to the checkpoint at Shenandoah River "Andy Guest" State Park, tell them you are there for the library program so they give you a pass. Then continue down the road (about 2 miles) to the stop sign. Make a left at the sign and go to Shelter #1 on the left side.
We will be doing a little walking in the woods, on trails, so please make sure everyone has the appropriate footware.
