Front Royal Grotto

Front Royal Grotto is a caving club. We are a not-for-profit organization. We explore caves and teach new members how to cave safely with proper equipment and cave conservation. In addition, we are involved in conservation projects such as cleaning out trash filled sinkholes and caves. We do this free for landowners. We also take public groups such as school groups and Friends of Shenandoah River summer camps on Cave/Karst Field trips to learn about the above and below group connection and protecting groundwater.
