Dedication of Joseph Warren Plaque

Join us for the unveiling of a special plaque commemorating Revolutionary War hero, and our county's namesake, Dr. Joseph Warren. Joseph Warren was an American physician who played a leading role in American Patriot organizations in Boston in the early days of the American Revolution, eventually serving as President of the revolutionary Massachusetts Provincial Congress. He was born on June 11, 1741 and died June 17, 1775 during the Battle of Bunker Hill.
