This program is designed to serve young adults who are about to graduate from high school, or who recently completed schooling and plan to enter the workforce full-time.

General Educational Development test preparation classes are available through Laurel Ridge Community College Adult Education. Each semester is 15 weeks, and classes meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 12 PM.

Bring your toddler to a potpourri of simple stories, fun songs, and a cute craft!  For children up to 3 1/2 years of age.

Join us for Hand Embroidery Stitchers every Thursday morning! Bring your own needlework project to work on for a morning of crafting and socializing.

Come in with your preschooler, aged 3 1/2 to five, for an enjoyable hour filled with amazing tales, exciting sing-alongs, finger plays, and a nifty craft! 

Come tour Studio 330 or bring your project to work on. Walk-In hours are provided on a first come, first serve basis. During the month of February we are accepting donations for our Spring Craft Swap to be held in March.

In-Person. Need help with technology? Come by the library every Tuesday at 2:00 PM Where we will be going over computers and other technology basics.

Welcome to a fiber arts community for experienced, novice, or first-time artists 13 and up looking to meet other artists, relax, and/or share their expertise!

 Create a diorama scene for your favorite book or movie, using “peeps” as the characters. 

New to sewing? This two part workshop will introduce you to the very basics of using a sewing machine to create a simple project. Sessions will be held on April 16th and April 23rd. 

Healthy Families has been serving Winchester, Frederick, Clarke, and Warren counties for the past 25 years.  We provide home visiting services to expecting parents or for those who just had a new baby.
