Medicare Open Enrollment 2019: Big Changes Are Coming

SAAA is a non-profit whose mission is to provide service for seniors that assist them in staying in their homes and enhancing the quality of their lives. Our main office is in Front Royal. This forum is offered by VICAP; the Virginia Insurance Counseling and Assistance Program; part of a federal program from the Department of Health and Human Services that provides Medicare services to seniors across Virginia. Our Shenandoah VICAP branch has served Front Royal and Warren County since 1985.
