Come Paint and Play Tabletop Miniatures Games!
This will be the inaugural meeting of what will hopefully be a Front Royal Wargaming Club!
Paint!
Sample miniature soldiers (32mm scale) will be provided for you to paint and keep! Use our acrylic paint and small brushes or BYOB (Bring Your Own Brush).
Play!
Using the fun and fast "One Page Rules" system, we will be hosting a space for aspiring generals of all ages (younger officers must be accompanied by an adult guide) to test their mettle in games of "Grimdark Future" or "Age of Fantasy"! Rules are completely free and sample armies will be made available.
If you are a seasoned veteran of battles set in the worlds of Warhammer, or Battletech, or Infinity, or some other mysterious realm....muster your forces! Using the free "Army Forge" website we can generate rules for your favorite factions and get playing in no time. If you've got your own favorite rules, bring them by! We love all games where dice are rolled and small soldiers perform feats of derring-do.
