Ever wondered how soldiers were fed before refrigerators? Who grew and prepared their meals, and what foods kept them going? Discover the vital role the Shenandoah Valley played in feeding our nation! Join us for a hands-on adventure designed for ages 3-5 (with a parent). Kids will plant their own corn & beans to take home and check on the plants we started in May—weather permitting! Presented in partnership with Master Gardeners.
