Description
On April 8, 2024, a total solar eclipse will cross North America. This is the last time to see a solar eclipse for 20 years. Join us at the library to safely witness this rare total solar eclipse. Viewing glasses will be available. We will have solar eclipse-inspired goodies. During the event, we will have stones to paint with an image of the eclipse. The eclipse will begin at 2:02 PM with the maximum coverage at 3:18 PM – so plan to arrive by 1:45 PM to enjoy a snack, get your glasses, and be ready. Bring a lawn chair or blanket to get comfortable.
