The Traister Computer Lab will be open and available to residents of Shenandoah, Page and Warren counties who want to apply to be placed on the waiting list for a Housing Choice Voucher with Shenandoah County Department of Social Services (SCDSS). SCDSS will only accept applications submitted online during this four hour registration period.Please note, the lab is being opened as a community service. Llibrary staff will be present to help with computer access but are not qualified or able to assist patrons in completing the application.
