In 2021, Samuels Library suffered the tragic loss of beloved long-time employee Kathy Jacob. Kathy was a joyful person who made an impact on the lives of all those around her. Kathy made the Library and the community of Warren County a better place. Join us as we celebrate Kathy’s life and unveil a special memorial in the Children’s Garden. Light refreshments will be served and the Library will remain open with limited services until 7pm.
